Despite how we have grown as an organisation, it's great to know that our levels of support have been maintained and that our foster carers are overwhelmingly happy with the support they receive.

As part of this survey carers can given anonymous comments, and we were delighted to read them and we'll be sharing these on our Facebook page over the coming weeks so you can read them too.
When asking for feedback in this way, the most useful feedback is often the constructive comments. We received a small number of these and they have all been shared with our management team, so we can learn what we can do better and embed this learning into our practice.
