A fond farewell to Margi

Margi started with Fostering People in our beginning in 2000.  Over the last two decades Margi has been instrumental in the development of Fostering People.

Working in various roles, from back in those early days when Margi did a bit of everything, to Office Manager and then for the last decade as our Referrals Manager and in that time she has placed thousands of children and young people in family homes.

Margi has worked at Fostering People for longer than any other member of our team, but with a heavy heart, Margi has decided the time is right to retire.

Margi's retirement will be felt by so many of the team, as a colleague and friend, so it was only right that the team came together today over lunch to wish Margi well, handover some lovely gifts including this wonderful garden bench and share some great memories over the year.

We all wish Margi the very best for her retirement and hope she enjoys spending more time with her family.
