Following a consultation with our children and young people from across our fostering agencies, I am delighted to be able to launch our ‘Language That Cares’ SPEAKING charter, a pledge which we will all actively sign up to across Fostering People. The words we use about our children and young people from this point forwards will be more positive, based on strengths and more importantly, have been driven and sanctioned by our children and young people.
