Form F Assessors

Fostering People is recruiting Form F Assessors in the Midlands, North, North West and North East of England. We require independent, BAAF Form F Assessors, working as self-employed, to undertake Form F Assessments on prospective foster carers.

Form F Assessor requirements

If you're interested in applying to become a Form F assessor with Fostering People, you are required to have the following Form F Assessor credentials:

  • Social Work qualification
  • Prior experience of professional report writing
  • You must be registered with your country’s relevant body
  • You should have transport and be willing to travel
