Fabulous day at Legoland enjoyed by all
July 07, 2010
The recently held Children’s Rights Conference at Legoland Windsor has been hailed a huge success by all FP representatives in attendance.
Fostering People took a twenty-strong team down to the Berkshire theme park to listen and contribute to discussions regarding the rights of children.
Here’s a few comments from some of our carers that attended:
“Legoland went very well the kids loved every minute of it they still have not stopped talking about the trip even at school the children's friends are asking if they can come next time.”
“The boys were a bit too young to understand what the event was all about, but they enjoyed a great day out nonetheless.”
“We had a fantastic time at Legoland. I think the lovely sunshine helped make it a success. We spent 2 days there, staying overnight at local hotel so we were able to make the most of our visit. The children enjoyed looking for the Children's Rights tents and receiving gifts for completing the forms.”
“Thanks for the invitation - if you are planning any more, please let us know.”
