Bridging Placements
Fostering People provides bridging placements which bridge a child or young person onto a longer term option as identified in their individual care plan. This may be a future move to a long term placement, adoption or a return to their family. Foster carers offering bridging placements will work alongside the other professionals involved with the child to secure the desired future outcome.
