Foster Care Fortnight 2011
Each year in the UK we celebrate Foster Care Fortnight. With the theme of ‘time to care’, Foster Care Fortnight 2011 promises to be a great occasion and a timely boost in raising awareness of fostering across the UK.
Foster Care Fortnight 2011 is 14 days of activities from foster care providers, the media and the general public to raise awareness of fostering and the wider requirement to address the shortage of up to 10,000 foster carers in the UK.
