About Fostering People

Vision

Working together with Local Authorities across the UK, Fostering People staff and carers will meet the individual needs of each child or young person. We want to make a positive and lasting difference to them and to support their achievement of the best possible outcome.

Goals

Our goals at Fostering People will be to:

• Be recognised as a local partner
• Expand into new geographical areas across England and Scotland
• Increase the number of Local Authority customers
• Increase the number of long lasting placements annually
• Increase the number of resilient and trained carers annually
• Introduce a mechanism for measuring outcomes and implement a regular monitoring system by 2009
• Attain outstanding in our Ofsted inspection
